The backup MX for linux.or.ug is mail1.starcom.co.ug and you don't have any login on it.
So:-
a) How have you determined it is the cause of the problem
b) How are you "fixing" it?

The first mail from servernode.net was recieved by kym.net on Thu, 9 Mar 2006 17:00:44 +0300 (EAT) The second(repeated) mail was recieved by mail1 from servernode.net on Fri, 10 Mar 2006 10:36:45 +0300 then sent to kym.net on Fri, 10 Mar 2006 20:03:38 +0300 (EAT),
