*apologies for cross-posting* Finally, the report from the workshop Post-WSIS and Ugandas Way Forward (arranged by the Collegium for Development Studies, I-Network, WOUGNET with support from the UCC and MoWHC) is now available as a pdf, 441kb. The general theme of this report is the process and outcomes of the United Nations World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), with special focus on internet governance, censorship and human rights issues, as well as on the way forward. The report comprises the presentations made at two seminars, the Ugandan one mentioned and a Swedish one, arranged in Uppsala, Sweden, October 3, 2005, called WSIS, Internet Governance and Human Rights.
