Has Uganda put any laws on privacy if yes how secure/protected are
system/network administrators.
Can a system administration command take one to court for lets say
espionage or something lets take the "tail" command for instance. :-)
Are there any papers one can read/download tackling this issue of ICT
laws mainly outlining the privacy issue
