++ Haha interesting point, though look at it this way ( not being
political), keeping a birds eye on the state's coffers is more important
than shutting down the state's communication for a while , afterall how
did we ever survive when we have no telecoms or ISP's , we still had a
treasury department.

His excellency Major General Saleh is  minister of state - Microfinance aka

in vernacular - Bona bagagawale ( spelling ).   So to me its very
strategic especially when you have 5 years to get your sh*t together.

So you must applaud YKM for making such a wonderful decision :)
