Right, but in actual fact, it should just be the key-set name. 
Generally, both your public and private key will have the same 
name, but not the same extension (public ends in .pub, while 
private ends in .key).

So your 'outkey' will simply be your key-set name without the 
extension. Asterisk will locate your key-set-name.key 
under /var/lib/asterisk/keys .
