Vacancy - IT Project Manager

 

Roko Technical Services, a trading company of Roko Construction, is seeking for an experienced IT project manager to head its software development department.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  1. Manage and control the day-to-day operations of the IT technical team.
  2. Report to the Head of IT within established reporting structures
  3. Liaise with suppliers of software products to maintain smooth business relationships
  4. Assess, evaluate customers software requirements in the role of a business analyst
  5. Coordinate the designing, coding, implementation and maintenance of software projects
  6. Support the customer during software testing, training and commissioning.
  7. Research and development in the emerging trends of software evolution.
 
Qualifications:
  1. A bachelors degree in computer science
  2. A post graduate qualification in software development.
  3. A post graduate qualification in project planning and management
  4. Experience in implementing software solutions is an added advantage.
  5. Skills in Programming, Database Management, Web applications, and System integration, ERP are desirable.
