regarding visa, yes, you can pay with visa, but can you buy a visa card and pay with it? and if you are a company, can you have a visa account, and accept internet payments on that account?
My customers have informed with several banks, but they seem to be very ignorant on this. I would be very interested if anyone knows more about this. regarding bankcom: i had heard of them, though i also heard their switch is in Bulgaria or something. do they have a website where i can find more info? google refers only to press releases and speeches of dignitaries. If this switch is in place, is it then also possible to use your ATM card in ATMs of 'foreign' banks? @Ziggy: you mentioned a company going to implement this. We are very interested in interfacing with such a system.
