some real world tips: - spell the employers name right (and run the spelling check on the rest of the document, too) - add the extra 2 in your mobile phone number - avoid CAPITALS - and use PDF, instead of M$ Word if you want to be sure the formatting works for the employer, too. (try a google search for pdfcreator for a winblows tool that can help you)
