I was hoping that bittorrent would help in tackling that issue by having all ugandan peers download a little bit (or a chunk) of the .iso's and then share it through our local connections.
Indeed my bittorrent shows me i am downloading from US and european peers, and also uploading to them, which was not really my intention.
