Besides, for something as basic as IP, charging for it 
simply isn't right. Cisco does this on the ES20 line cards 
for their 7609-S boxes - without the advanced license, you 
will not get support for IPv6, MPLS/VPN's, mVPN or 6VPE.

I see little point in not supporting IPv6 in a routing 
platform when you won't be able to provide a reliable 
service to customers without an IPv6 address.
