you can be surprised that your mails are not going trough the first time and
may even think that you are blacklisted
and if your mta is not well set you can experience some delays ...

one bonus question here:
my mta is configured to detect the spam and tag them so that procmail can
store the spam for each user in a specific folder in the mailbox...
problem : some users are forwarding their mail to an external account
(gmail, yahoo ...) using the .forward and by doing this the mta also forward
the spam ... any trick to avoid forwarding spam ?
