the other way round.
IANAL but I think there's some "preparation" lawyers give to anyone
going to take the stand but from his reactions I'd imagine he didn't
think too highly of the advice from his lawyer. Case in point; I
haven't followed the trial and wasn't sure if Reiser was guilty or
not. Reading the excerpts of his testimony swings me in the obvious
direction.
