(I have this issue that if i press CTRL+V, my Kontakt sends the message, instead of pasting the clipboard content. do others have this as well? )
So, someone says: Had the exact same problem as you, what I would suggest, get the latest updates and make sure you have Multiverse in your repositories active, and update, from there, if you got your Hardware Settings, it'll show up a Broadcom Driver for your card, and you can use that. Thats how I fixed my problem. (Kubuntu 8.10) EDIT: QUOTE:"Under System->Administration->Hardware Drivers, I have the fwcutter driver for Broadcom B43 wireless cards activated and in use. Broadcom STA wireless driver is available, but not currently activated." Activate that Broadcom STA Wireless Driver. It should fix it. Googling for exact partnumbers combined with your distro almost *always* finds you other people with the exact same problem. rgds, Reinier Battenberg Director Mountbatten Ltd. +256 782 801 749 www.mountbatten.net Be a professional website builder: www.easysites.ug On Monday 06 April 2009 15:58:30 Richard Zulu wrote: > Broadcom Corporation BCM4328 > 802.11a/b/g/n [1 _______________________________________________ LUG mailing list [email protected] http://kym.net/mailman/listinfo/lug %LUG is generously hosted by INFOCOM http://www.infocom.co.ug/ The above comments and data are owned by whoever posted them (including attachments if any).
