I presume you run linux. Could you run
for TLD in `dig ug ns | awk '/^ug/ {print $5}'`; do
echo -e "\n\nTLD: $TLD"; dig @$TLD infocom.co.ug | egrep ^infocom ; done
(eh, i copied that, that is too greppie for me)
You can rerun with a domain that you know has a problem. If you could post the
outcomes here, that would be very interesting
