For those of you in the know, please tell us what the Ugandan law says about
software piracy, and in that regard what does the Uganda Performing Rights
Society have to do with software piracy? By the way, what is the cost of a copy
of Vista in Ugandan shillings, and isn't this a great opportunity for those
with free software companies to now aggressively offer FREE OS', Office suites
and email solutions charging for only training and support?
