Hi, There is some flash: http://osflash.org (including an IDE). There is also the MING library, with which you can create flash animations onthefly in PHP.
Another thing you might want to check out, is the sourceforge project of this month, a CMS completely built in flash. called Silex http://sourceforge.net/community/potm-200906/ (sourceforge is doing an upgrade for about 36 hours already.
