Hi,

I think the problem those chaps have is that by default ADSL offers higher data rates downstream (towards the user). It is also a shared service since providers usually connect many subscribers to the same DSLAM (usually the cheaper the subscription the more people are put on the same DSLAM). They should have opted for a more efficient technology, as was recommended by the provider.

Anyway, it's a funny story.  :-)
