He's lucky he had access to tons of bandwidth and good QoS. Different story in Africa trust me, I keep doing the same lately, clutching my 9 months old son and trying to browse the net studying, either the link drops or you have this basic file less than 1 MB taking 45minutes to download, websites inaccessible ooohhhh and alot more frustrations.
