Stevie Prepare a training for your users. Come up with the areas that they need training in and then prepare the material and make a programme for that. Have your boss approve this training with the understanding that after training, there is no turning back. All these technological bypasses you are making are not going to take you anywhere.
You know where to go if you need end user training.
