I've chosen Grsync, it's easy to use and works nicely. I tried the others but they lack a simple use. The GUI of Grsync is clear for a first time (simple) user.

I believe that it does perform syncronised backups. You do have to compile the application though. I don't remember the web site but I do believe that diffingo solutions writes the software.
