Hello, thanks for trying to help. I failed to get the short code listings from the UCC website. However I discovered that the short codes are used by zain for their data subscriptions platform. Strange thing I have never subscribed to any data plan. I got some help from someone in zain who removed my number from the subscription (not really sure how it got there in the first place). The zain customer care IVR makes you want to pull your hair out.....
