Don't Blackberries integrate well with Lotus Notes and Zimbra servers as well. I haven't researched how well the iPhone integrates with these applications. I think that is what separates Blackberries from the iphone in the enterprise space. The Exchange client for the iphone is good enough but that is it. If you run into any issues with the device the support is limited.
