interesting part, is that radiokatwe became more popular, after it was blocked. The govt became its ally, and radiokatwe no longer required any marketing budget. as stated earlier, UCC is barking up the wrong tree, they should setup a list of priorities, these should not to be tied to what revenue, lines their back(read BACK) pockets, but service delivery for consumers.
