Lug, i plan to write articles on a monthly basis on both Open Source and Proprietary Software (partially to keep in the good books of my friend Chris Kasangaki), and i have started by posting one today: my journalist skills date back to the mid nineties when i was Deputy Editor in Chief of SMACK's Eagle magazine(any O.Bs here), plus a stint in the late nineties with the Monitor sports section. So my skills are a bit rusty now.
Today's article is "Software applications you must use before you die" , i am not as creative as the chap who started a facebook page "Open Source Jihad" In my post i review an intelligent application known as Automation Anywhere that comes in handy if you want to automate certain processes", and i give it 7 brownie points out of a possible ten. (dont ask me what are brownie points) i will send the article to Faculty of Computing (MUK) Newsletter, so you can catch a copy there, the link is http://mugaruracavin.blogspot.com/2010/07/software-applications-you-must-use.html i will post articles on a monthly basis, but if am in the right mood, the articles will be more frequent. Guest posts are always welcome. regards Cavin -- Always wake up like a bird having no worry about what you are going to eat today and how! because HE who created us has written our name on every grain which is for us only and no one can take it and it will always come to you...
