Hi everyone, Anyone else having /major/ problems with Orange's data network over the last 3 weeks?
I'm having the following problems pretty much regardless of where I am in the city, though I spend most of my time in Kibuli/Kabs/Muyenga: 1) Constant disconnections 2) I can't traceroute/mtr to anywhere, ever.
