Sorry to come back to this now but of late Orange's data service has gotten bad around Zana - entebbe road. Throughout the day, sometimes it would work well and then all of a sudden go down & out. Yesterday, at about 9pm, all my webpages could not load at all. Barnard, can you check on this?!
