Hi Stephen ,

Are you sure the Server hosting your squirrelMail is able to resolve
mail.uiri.org correctly to the IP of the smtp server you use in outlook?

if the smtp and squirrel mail are on the same box try using localhost:25 or
the real ip instead of the name.
