So we ban the importation of second hand computers import new ones and in 3
years dump those into the ground? Meanwhile loads of students go without. Or We
import lots of cheap new computers which neither work as well, as a brand name
second hand computer, so expediting that trip into the ground.

I thought the ban was a blunt instrument, I thought encouraging companies like
Secondlife to recycle them would have been a better path to follow. Which I
believe has actually happened.

No fence sitting I think. ;-)

Have to wonder which side of the fence you are on. In this post, you are
"feeling great" that you are saving the environment yet in another post
