And the annoying thing is unlike Orange which has got steps on how to set up their modem and also some troubleshooting steps in linux posted on their site,i looked for trouble shooting steps on MTNs site and i dint find any!!! Now thats something MTN has to fix. Anyway I downgraded the machine to 9.10 after trying all sorts of things on 10.04 like installing applications like launch2net all which dint help.
