click here http://kym.net/mailman/listinfo/lug (its in the bottom of every 
email)

and fill in your email address (the one you are subscribed with) in the last 
box on the page (that requires some scrolling). Then click the 'unsubscribe or 
edit options' button.

On the next page you will now find a big 'unsubscribe' button that you need to 
press. It will send a confirmation message to your email address. Follow the 
instructions in that email to finalize your unsubscription.

If you had to read this full tutorial to get unsubscribed from the LUG and you 
are working in the field of ICT, keeping your membership, and showing up for a 
LUG meeting from time to time will look very good on your CV and you might 
learn something in the process.
