Sanga, i agree with you, even if the instructions were clear, good customer service skills seem to be in short supply
I agree most of these folks did not subscribe willingly. Looks lie they may have had their emails addresses collected at one of our functions and something went wrong during the upgrade. My email address I used 3 years ago suddenly ended up on the list again so I wouldn't be surprised if others did the same Ps there is no unsubscribe link on the emails. We have to manually remove folks as they ask. Stop berating people about how they don't know Linux and harassing them to read instructions. Frankly most people don't have time for our Linux hobby and your attitudes re affirm what they always suspected: LUGs members are mostly jerks and "holier than thou assholes" No wonder Linux isn't taking off as was foretold for the last 5 years. You cant unsubscribe even if u wanted too!!!!
