Correct me if i am wrong but i wouldnt say acronis is totally windows. As a matter of fact just like the Dell power edge CDs, HP smart start CDs are all written off Linux. And i think Acronis especially Acronis 2010 doesnt mind backing up the image no matter the distro. Because the format is a .tib and u boot off the CD. So my guess is Acronis might for u. I stand to be corrected if i am wrong.
