if you want a shopping cart you can use open source platforms like magento, 
oscommerce, zend, virtue mart(Joomla), uber cart (Drupal), or DotCMS 
magento is one of the most advanced e commerce platforms out thereif you dont 
have many products, you can write a few lines of code that connect your 
products/services to your payment gateway
