Hi Kiggs, That is way cool. Is it ok to come when you are more the nano-type?
Locationwise, we can do it at our place, but that is rather small. 20 seats at a PC + 10 followers will be quite full. Alternatively we could ask Makerere, though there the acoustics are quite horrible & we might not be able to go hands-on (if Bram would want us to). Does anyone have suggestions for a mid-size (lecture) hall? (EACOSS, Kyambogo? S7?) We could talk about vi? How to become a great coder? What is a web of trust? How do you recognize good code? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bram_Moolenaar -- rgds, Reinier Battenberg Director Mountbatten Ltd. +256 758 801 749 www.mountbatten.net On Sunday 13 February 2011 20:01:19 Kiggundu Mukasa wrote: > Hello Luggers > After the suggestion by Simon Vass that we invite Bram Moolenaar (the > Author of our favorite editor ... vim ) I wrote to him and asked him when > he will next be in Uganda and if he could free up his tight schedule and > accommodate us.
