some of these companies are just big in name, there is total disconnect, 
between 
their technology and ....

Subject: [LUG] Netflix coming to Linux?

Netflix is apparently set to release a Chrome plugin which allows their videos 
to be streamed via HTML5 rather than Silverlight.  In theory, this means that 
Linux users will be able to use Netflix:
