I think S7/Jet Internet Cafe uses Ubuntu 10.04 (or whatever the last LTS/Gnome 2 version is). Not sure what they're using for the timing/cafe management bit. You should speak to Robert Orenstein about this.
Personally, I'd avoid the Unity interface for an Internet cafe as I feel that it's less intuitive than Gnome 2 (or even KDE). ----- Original message ----- > Have you tried Zencafe?
