I think there may be a net-netrality case against some of our local ISPs.

Some are already charging users differently depending on the type, source, and 
destination of data they transmit -- rather than charging users solely based on 
the /amount/ of data they transmit.

Orange, for example, offers mobile Internet users access to Facebook for free.  
Thus, Orange's Internet is a tiered Internet; Facebook is accessible to all 
users (Bronze Plan) while the Uganda LUG is accessible only to users with 
access to the entire Internet (Gold Plan).
