That I don’t understand !!!
 
A downloaded pdf file has many advantages:-
 
I can read it off-line at any time. This may not be so relevant in the rest of 
the world but in Africa you are:-
-  Either on-line at work (and not at home) using the companies LAN – no cost.
-  You connect by modem ca. 50,000.- monthly (more if you can’t tear yourself 
away).
- You use the internet café - you can only read it when you are there.
 
Conclusion...
You can archive a downloaded pdf file thereby archiving what the tech-mag has 
to say for week, months & even years for future reference as the need may be. 
No it does not strike me as odd that someone is publishing a tech mag via pdf 
and not via the web? It strikes me a very intelligent - particularly in Africa.

Does it strike anybody else as odd that someone is publishing a tech mag via 
pdf and not via the web? I for one wont be dloading these files.
