Well,

Speaking as a UTL user, I know they are having problems intermittently and that
most of the routers have default usernames and
passwords so either they have gone down (as usual) due to umeme and no fuel in
generators or some hacker has finally decided to
take over those open routers and has messed them up.

I recommend you run a 2-3hr ping against your servers cause the down time is
usually one to two hours.

Also you could email me directly your IPs so that I can check them out from
within the network.

Subject: [LUG] UTL Connectivity

Hi,

Anyone having trouble accessing servers on the UTL network from another
network? I can't get anything on 196.0.x.x from Orange or MTN or Infocom. Or
are my servers cooked?
