Hallo Members,

I am creating High availability for a service running on Slackware 13.1
using Heartbeat.

I have successfully installed hearbeat (from source) on one of the servers
(Slackware 13.0) and it is working fine.

However, I tried installing hearbeat on the other server but in vain.
Reason is:

*starting logd failed*
*Starting High-Availability services: *
*                                                           [FAILED]*
*/etc/init.d/heartbeat: line 247: /usr/lib/heartbeat/heartbeat: No such
file or directory*

The file it says does not exist is actually present with permissions

*root@zulu:/home/richardzulu# ls -l /usr/lib/heartbeat/heartbeat*
*-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 160140 Jan 28  2006 /usr/lib/heartbeat/heartbeat*
*
*
What could be causing that file not to be recognised by bash?
