the content of this paper does not seem to have anything to do with ICT in
the Computing realm. They are talking about authors, what books are used
for, what TV's are used for.... This is definitely not ICT in the sense of
computing, rather in information communication and the technologies used to
to communicate that information, hence the reference on radios, TV's, books.
