Yes Stephen, I read your link/rant. And yes, you do talk about using open source software and all, however your topic would call for a lot of off-topic discussion about MTN's mobile money service.
As the LUG, I don't think we should engage in discussing an operator's service challenges. That's their business and let them handle it. At most you would be speculating since (perhaps) you don't know their mobile money OS and application platform that well (or at all) to make such sweeping statements. Have a good one too!
