But i suppose Brian was originally looking for a volunteer auditing team. You guys With your live forensics (network snooping tools, process analysis tools, physical memory analyses, etc) and binary back up tools (for analysis of unused/unallocated clusters, etc on the hard drives); are you volunteering to assist on Brian's team so you can audit his organization's legal department's capacity to handle digital evidence?

Quoting Robert Orenstein <[email protected]>:

Just in case anyone else was wondering what all of this means:

Computer Forensics

A discipline in computer security, focusing on finding digital
evidence after a computer security incident such as Employee
misconduct, harassment, pornography, fraud, or hacking has occurred.

A digital forensic investigation is a special case of a digital
investigation where the procedures and techniques that are used will
allow the results to be entered into a court of law.
