targeted at Ugandan universities

I believe these chaps are doing their part. They have chosen an angle of
approach and whether it has loopholes, those can be dealt with as time
goes by. This is the Agile Philosophy IMHO.

I want to agree with Vass that there is usually no smoke without fire. Out
of ten shamed Lectures I dont think there will be more than 2 that are
simply being maliced.

As for standards being followed in the shaming, there are no
standards/guidelines to talk about in most of our institutions. Issues are
still handled in a subjective manner and this is the approach this site is
taking on.

My only problem with the site is that I went to the Donations page and
didnt find there any way I could make a donation. I am sure they can try
talking to yo.co.ug for a payment solution. Am more than willing to swing
them a stipend every week if only they can use it for the intended purpose
and avoid an #InvisibleChildren scenario.
