It is possible. Just make disk images of the drives present in the server
(use sparse files after zero-filling the unused space on the drives if you
want to save some space on your laptop) and add them to Virtualbox. I think
Virtualbox supports 1:1 images, anyway.

Of course, it all depends on the hardware and software setup on the server.
Could you elaborate?
