I prefer this site. http://test-ipv6.com/ More detail as to why your link is
not IPV6 compatible.

Hi guys,
I have a voip app that needs a server, but the two options i have tried have
proved to be designed to show me that sometimes you can google your till your
fingers drop off one by one. Anyways with Asterisk its version 1.8, i get a one
way voice communication, i have tried looking for a possible fix but in vain,
any pointers would be grateful.

With kamailio its version 3.2 everything has been set up following this guide
http://nil.uniza.sk/sip/kamailio/adding-mysql-support-kamailio-31-debian-lenny
. My clients requests are received by the server but no response issued ie
Invalid credentials, Registered etc. My suspect is the FIFO module when i try
to get statistics i get this error

ERROR: Error opening Kamailio's FIFO /tmp/kamailio_fifo
ERROR: Make sure you have the line 'modparam("mi_fifo", "fifo_name",
"/tmp/kamailio_fifo")' in your config
ERROR: and also have loaded the mi_fifo module.
bash@ubuntu:~$

I have tried all possible fixes from trying to make tmp a read and write
directory and ensuring all the configs are okay. Cross checked with her
http://nil.uniza.sk/sip/kamailio/kamctl-moni-fifo-error-problem but still in
vain.
Any pointers would be very much appreciated. Attached is my kamailio debug
file.
