Yeah. This is a bit harsh. Sometimes, its management that does not want to
commit funds and not the IT team's problem to use a lesser secure system.

I also don't think linkedin has "dumb" IT professionals. These must be
people who know what they are doing. Rather than fire the ICT guys, I would
rather ask them to fire the people responsible for committing funds to
strengthening the system first.
