Dear all, I hope this year has been treating you well.
I am pleased to inform you that there has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes, in as far as the ICT Association of Uganda (ICTAU) is concerned; and finally, we are ready to move to the next level - the level where we elect a substantive committee and get to work towards achieving our objectives. We have planned the official launch on May 16th 2013 - it will be a breakfast, so we're looking at 7am to 10am thereabouts - at Sheraton Hotel. We have been working with some industry stakeholders, and as you will learn in the coming days, we're at a very exciting period of the Association. As is to be expected this event will be only available to paid-up members of the association. Linked below is a document detailing the different membership tiers and the respective benefits, as well as a letter of Welcome from our Acting Chair. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vsL4sHzxE7VDnIxHa1aiZmjTZF1ChXPvkkkTnQBOhMM/edit?usp=sharing https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B4BdOavHoohPeXQyX1d5djdmVHc/edit?usp=sharing If you would like affirm your membership, applicable fees are payable on the Association bank account (details available on request to the below email address). PLEASE NOTE THE MEMBERSHIP FEES HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED BY 50% FOR THIS INITIAL PERIOD ONLY. Once paid please email a copy the receipt to [email protected] so we can update our records as well. If you don't already, please follow @ICTAUg on Twitter and like our Facebook Page. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming all of you to the ICTAU. -- Simon Vass Acting PR Officer _______________________________________________ The Uganda Linux User Group: http://linux.or.ug Send messages to this mailing list by addressing e-mails to: [email protected] Mailing list archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Mailing list settings: http://kym.net/mailman/listinfo/lug To unsubscribe: http://kym.net/mailman/options/lug The Uganda LUG mailing list is generously hosted by INFOCOM: http://www.infocom.co.ug/ The above comments and data are owned by whoever posted them (including attachments if any).
