James, Many ISPs use the NBI, BCS, and other fibre cables to reach Uganda's borders and upcountry markets.
Perhaps every MNO in the country uses Eaton or ATC for their tower infrastructure. Many MNOs and ISPs use ProjectLink in Kampala/Entebbe/Mukono. The UIXP, for example, has at least 5 peers connected via this infrastructure.
