Security Notes
2.2.15 fixes an NFS exploit which depends on being allowed access to the
NFS server over the network. A patch is available to fix just this problem
if you do not wish to upgrade. If you use masquerading for security
purposes you should upgrade. 

2.2.15 fixes several local security issues. Several of these are
publically known. Systems with untrusted local users should consider an
upgrade

You can now run with tighter UDP forwarding if you are running masquerade
for security purposes.

More configuration ioctls now require priviledges

Unix domain sockets 
Fix denial of service problem.
